Andi Mohammad Iqbal

Managing Partner

Iqbal is a founding partner of MMStax — Business Advisory Service. He has been over 25 years of experiences in Indonesian tax field. He started his tax career with Indonesia big four tax firms Harsono Hadibroto Consulting (known as KPMG Tax) and later with Ernst & Young — Tax Division (Jakarta), with the last position as a Tax Manager. He also spent his tax career as a Tax Manager in a Multinational Oil & Gas Company and Group Tax Controller in a Group Holding Companies with major business in Shipping, Oil & Gas, Publishing and Property.

His career is in line with his educational background, as he graduated from University of Indonesia majoring Fiscal Administration (Degree) and Taxation (Diploma). He has been involved in several projects related with Merger and Acquisition, Tax Due Diligence, Business Structuring as well as tax compliance matters, Tax Disputes, Tax Advisory, etc. He has a license to be acting as Tax Attorney in the Tax Court.

Andi Mohammad Johan

Partner

Johan graduated with a degree in Fiscal Administration from University of Indonesia and later obtained Magister of Science from University of Indonesia majoring Taxation Policy. He started his career as tax staff with a multinational tobacco company and then joined with tax firm as tax consultant.

He has in-depth knowledge of the full range of Indonesian tax issues, including corporate income tax, individual income tax, VAT and withholding tax. He is also a tax trainer in some in-house tax courses.

He has a license to be acting as Tax Attorney in the Tax Court and he holds Brevet C certification as tax consultant and member of Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI).

Edi Wicaksono A.R.

Associate Partner

Edi was a tax auditor for Directorate General of Tax (DGT) with the last position as a supervisor of tax auditor of KPP Pratama Banjarmasin. With his 17 years of careers as a tax auditor in DGT (including at KPP PMA and BUMN), he has in-depth knowledge of the full range of Indonesian tax issues and specialized for tax disputes & litigation matters. He is also a lecture at Muria Kudus University and tax trainer for some event of tax courses.

He graduated from State College of Accounting (Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara) and later obtained a Master of Tax Policy from University of Indonesia.

A. Harun Al-Rasyid

Mr. Harun, MMS Senior Advisor, has spent his 30 years career in Directorate General of Taxation ("DGT"). He held various positions in DGT before he entered as the professional tax consultant. He has extensive experience in handling the tax dispute as well as tax compliance matters.

He has in-depth knowledge of the full range of Indonesian tax issues, including corporate income tax, individual income tax, VAT and withholding tax.
